Message: UPDATED! (They fixed everything and upgraded us).. we are currently staying here. I'm not one to complain, but felt the need to. We got in at 2 am last night and was very tired so this is why I waited so long to reach out. we booked 2 double beds, but walked in to a King Room Instead. as I walked in the room, there was a random, dirty towel laying in the bathroom with the back of the toilet tooken off and the bathroom was just extremely dirty. we are staying here a few days and I have to tell you it's going to be tough staying in the room. Reached out through email but nothing..

Message: Eh. it served a good purpose as we were traveling home from FL to MI. Nice quiet and safe area.. but there was some cons for sure. It took a bit to check in because many visitors had their room cancelled due to third party bookings (thankfully we booked direct). The lady at front desk was super overwhelmed but held it together. The room was musty smelling, we found a hair in the bathtub and no TV remote. The ac/heat unit was acting super weird as it went on/off all night and no steady fan. There was no coffee at breakfast as the dispenser broke and no yougurt. There was typical offerings like watery eggs and discolored sausage. The gravy was interesting and the jiuce was nasty.. but we don't go to these type hotels for the breakfast. BUT for what I paid.. at least a hot cup of coffee would have been nice. We had to run through Dunkin. It does have potential. but clean the damn rooms, offer a remote and put some more effort into the breakfast.

Message: 2/8/23 The hospitality was great from all the desk associates. From check-in to check-out. I had interactions from each person from afternoon, night and morning. The guy in the morning shift was great. He has a delightful personality and great mannerism. He was very helpful. His name is Jin Kim the General Manager. He was awesome. If at anytime you need a room, you should come to this hotel.
